Inserting the MethoBlogRoll in your site

I regularly get questions about how to insert the "official" MethoBlogRoll in other sites so that it automatically updates. The easiest way is to click on the MethoResources tab above and copy the code listed there in your template. We've created widgets in the past, but actually this seems to be the best option for most folks.

 

New Blogger layout

I can't get mine to work in the new Blogger layout. Is anyone else having issues here?

This helped me understand things a little better. From Jay: ...I think what may be happening is that the number of posts that update each time exceeds the 20 listed on the front page, which means that sometimes your posts are further “down the list,” not displaying on the front page. When I hit the more button tonight, I found your post down the line a bit. Since we are aggregating right at 200 feeds, which all compile once an hour at generally the same time, the front page box doesn’t reflect everything that is posted. I’m going to work on seeing if there is a better way to display the data to better reflect what is being posted...

Many - perhaps most - of my posts never show up in the RSS feed or the "Latest from the MethoBlogosphere", either.

Just wondering how the left column feed works. I've had my blog title show up in it once or twice, but it doesn't always seem to show. Can you explain how it works a little? Thanks.
